The planning situation
Several classes need pre-trip briefings with the trip lead before their respective departure dates.
The constraint to resolve
A recurring briefing pattern schedules a class after its trip has already departed.
Set up this specific workflow
Use dated activities with each class's required briefing date, name the trip lead and reserve an appropriate briefing space.
Work in the schools workspace. Use your organisation’s actual dates, timezone and opening hours. Presets are editable starting points; they do not supply a country’s calendar or verify organisational policies.
Check the result before publishing
Compare briefing dates with the external trip itinerary and confirm that no class depends on an obsolete recurring pattern.
Resolve unplaced activities and reported conflicts, inspect the relevant people and resource views, and publish the reviewed version deliberately.
