Use the app's supported import format, validate required fields and correct every reported row before saving the import.
Work in the schools workspace. Use your organisation’s actual dates, timezone and opening hours. Presets are editable starting points; they do not supply a country’s calendar or verify organisational policies.
Check the result before publishing
Compare imported activity counts and durations with the source sheet; do not assume a successful upload means every row was accepted.
Resolve unplaced activities and reported conflicts, inspect the relevant people and resource views, and publish the reviewed version deliberately.
