Configure the tutor's own weekdays and hours, then enter each group with its real duration and required instrument space.
Work in the schools workspace. Use your organisation’s actual dates, timezone and opening hours. Presets are editable starting points; they do not supply a country’s calendar or verify organisational policies.
Check the result before publishing
Check the tutor export and all unplaced activities; do not shorten lessons simply to improve a quality score.
Resolve unplaced activities and reported conflicts, inspect the relevant people and resource views, and publish the reviewed version deliberately.
