Use stable distinct subgroup codes where groups are genuinely independent; keep the combined year label only for shared activities.
Work in the schools workspace. Use your organisation’s actual dates, timezone and opening hours. Presets are editable starting points; they do not supply a country’s calendar or verify organisational policies.
Check the result before publishing
Verify pupil membership separately before splitting a label, so a naming change does not hide real pupil overlaps.
Resolve unplaced activities and reported conflicts, inspect the relevant people and resource views, and publish the reviewed version deliberately.
